Melbourne, 2020. Covid 19 hit us hard and forced everyone to stay inside their homes, avoiding contact, avoiding each other. These images follow the journey started by San Francisco based photographer Didi von Boch, who managed to capture the “new normal” family life during Covid thanks to her zoom lens and amazing talent.
These images were taken during Australia’s first lock down, in Melbourne. One of them is featured in the book “Mass isolation Australia”, a curated archive of the #MassIsolationAus online project by the Ballarat International Foto Biennale.
